Who We Are
Core Factors is a people-development platform for practitioners. Executive coaches, leadership coaches, OD consultants, team facilitators, HR and L&D professionals, and career practitioners use Core Factors to administer assessments, deliver a professional participant experience, reinforce development between sessions, and document outcomes through participant feedback and reporting.
The platform spans five assessment families: psychological type, emotional intelligence, career, social dynamics, and temperament. Practitioners access everything through a single Pro Account, and every participant receives the same Participant Hub experience regardless of which assessment they completed.
What We Believe
The session is the beginning, not the product. A debrief that doesn’t connect to something ongoing is an expensive conversation. Insight without follow-through is self-awareness with an expiration date. The practitioners who create lasting change are not the ones who deliver the best reports. They are the ones who build the conditions for development to continue after the room clears.
Practitioners deserve to look as good as the work they do. The quality of your tools reflects on you. When a client opens a dated interface, navigates a clunky report, or receives a PDF with no clear next step, that becomes your problem. Practitioners who are serious about the work should have a platform that communicates that seriousness before they say a word.
Proof matters. Practitioners have been operating on faith for too long. The work is real. The impact is real. But without a way to capture feedback, document outcomes, and show that development is landing, the value of the work is invisible. Invisible value does not build practices, justify budgets, or generate referrals.

Portable People Skills is the through-line across everything Core Factors builds. It is the idea that understanding how people think, communicate, lead, and make decisions is not a one-time insight. It is a set of skills that transfer across challenges, scale with responsibility, and remain relevant in a fast-changing world.
When a leader learns to recognize how their type pattern shapes their decision-making, that skill is portable. When a team builds shared language for how they interact under pressure, that language is portable. When a career practitioner helps a client understand not just what interests them but what drains them, that clarity is portable.
