EQ Accelerator Pricing

The assessment is administered online through the Core Factors Pro Account. Practitioners create a project, add participants, and send secure, unique links via email. Participants complete the assessment online, and reports can be generated and downloaded as PDFs. No paper versions are available.

The EQ Accelerator is available on a per-use basis through the Core Factors Pro Account. Current pricing is listed on the product pricing page. Volume arrangements may be available for larger implementations.

The EQ Accelerator Practitioner Foundation Training is a comprehensive program that equips practitioners to apply the assessment in leadership development and coaching. The training costs $299 and includes video lessons led by Roger Pearman, the assessment manual, and a competency assessment. Upon completion, you become an authorized user.

A Pro Account provides access to assessments developed by experts, experience surveys, a project-based administration system, consignment links for easy participant access, on-screen and PDF reporting, and the ability to customize messaging. The Pro Account is free to apply for.

Professional administration of the EQ Accelerator requires completion of the Practitioner Foundation Training, which includes in-depth video lessons, the assessment manual, and a competency assessment. This coursework provides the essential skills and knowledge to use the assessment effectively.

After your Pro Account is approved and you complete the required training, you can purchase assessment credits through the platform. You then create projects, add participants, and send assessment links. Reports can be downloaded without additional charges.

Participants receive both. The PDF report can be downloaded and shared. Additionally, participants can access their results through the Participant Hub, which provides an on-screen experience of their report and supports ongoing reflection.

The normative data includes a diverse range of managers and executives from the original research sample of over 9,000 individuals. Demographic information is provided in the manual to help contextualize individual scores.

Results should be shared in a developmental context that encourages open discussion and reflection. Practitioners are encouraged to sit side-by-side with participants, walk through the report systematically, and ask exploratory questions. Participants are encouraged to seek additional feedback from others to validate their self-assessment.

Maintaining confidentiality, ensuring fair play, and focusing on truthful, constructive feedback are essential. The tool should always be used to promote the well-being and development of participants, not for selection or evaluation purposes. Results are self-reports and should be treated as a starting point for exploration, not definitive measurement.
